Which files must I upload for my rental?
To rent, you must provide: (1) a clear photo of your driver’s license alone, (2) a selfie while holding that same license, and (3) proof of insurance that clearly states it covers rental car usage for your trip.
Is rental insurance part of the total?
Insurance is not provided. You must upload proof of personal insurance that clearly covers rental cars. Your policy acts as primary coverage for accidents. Note that you must also upload your driver’s license alone and a selfie holding it to complete your booking. We do not offer or sell extra coverage.
Are credit cards or prepayments allowed?
Absolutely, we support several ways to pay. You are welcome to settle your balance in full early or make a partial deposit via our encrypted payment system.
Can I keep the car for more days?
Managing your schedule is easy through our online member area. You can also reach out to us to adjust your dates with our straightforward rate structure.
What is the policy for booking changes?
Please request any booking changes by email. PD Rentals will review your inquiry and send you a confirmation by email once the modification is successfully processed.
