Fleet Selection
- Inventory Protocols • Units are reserved in real-time and remain available until finalized. • No booking is confirmed without full document verification and a signed form. • Specific model choices are final; substitutions require a separate selection. • Confirmed bookings are immediately marked as unavailable for those dates. • Depot: 4601 N Portland Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73112; drop-offs at same site.
Lease Fees
- Billing & Rolling Payment Structure• Advance Bookings: Rentals set 3+ days out require a $50 holding deposit.• Deposit Usage: Initial $50 deposits are credited toward your total rental invoice.• Cancellation: The $50 Holding fee is non-refundable once the car is reserved. Standard Pricing• Daily Rate: $50 (minimum 3-day booking)• Security Hold: $200 refundable upon safe vehicle return• Long-Term Extensions: For rentals exceeding 7 days, payment for any additional dates (up to 7 days at a time) is due upfront before those extra days begin. This rolling prepayment requirement continues for the duration of the possession.• Accepted: Cash App, Venmo, Paypal or Zelle
Doc Validation
- Required Identification Files• Submit a high-res digital scan of your current license• Submit a selfie while holding your physical driver's license• Submit valid insurance showing coverage for rental inventory• Missing or expired documents will trigger immediate booking denial
Mileage Rules
- Operational Limits• Range: Driving is restricted to a 300-mile radius from Oklahoma City. Any travel exceeding this boundary incurs a fee of $0.40 per mile. For example: if a driver travels 1,000 miles from Oklahoma City and back, they will be charged for 1,400 miles total (700 miles outside the radius on the way out, plus 700 miles on the return)• Prohibited: No off-roading, racing, or using for illicit purposes• Cabin: Strictly smoke-free and vape-free at all times• Exclusion: Only the registered Renter is insured to drive the unit
Maintenance
- Cleaning and Fuel Policy
• Hygiene: Hand back the unit in the same spotless condition as found
• Damage: Smoking scents or debris trigger a firm $200 cleaning fee
• Refill: Ensure tanks are topped off to avoid refueling penalties
• Surcharge: Below-full levels incur a base $25 service fee
Monitoring

• All fleet assets utilize GPS tracking for protection and recovery
• Tampering with or disabling GPS units is a major lease violation
• Hardware interference leads to full loss of your security deposit
• Location data is accessed solely for asset management and safety
Work Driving
- Commercial Platform Terms
• Use for rideshare apps like Uber or Lyft is fully authorized
• Renters must maintain personal commercial-grade insurance
• Payment for tolls and traffic violations is the Renter's duty
• Total financial liability for all citations rests with the driver
Late Returns
- Deadline Exceptions
• We reserve the right to remotely disable cars not returned by time
• Overstaying without approval results in immediate fleet recovery
• Costs for towing and legal processing are billed to the Renter
• Broken payment cycles lead to an instant termination of lease
Liability
- Release of Claims
• You hold PD Rentals harmless from all operational incident claims
• You assume all monetary responsibility for asset damage or loss
• You recognize the inherent hazards of operating motor vehicles
Jurisdiction

• These terms are interpreted under the laws of Oklahoma
• Disputes must be adjudicated within Oklahoma County courtrooms
• Prevailing parties can recover all reasonable attorney expenses
Longevity

• This contract is the definitive agreement between all parties

• Changes to these terms require written consent from both sides

Must I fill this out every time?
