- Parties Involved
• This contract is between PD Rentals LLC and the Renter

Car Information
- Vehicle Details & Availability Rules• Vehicle availability is strictly first-come, first-served; all cars appear as available until fully secured.• A specific vehicle is only held once PD Rentals has received and approved all required documents and a signed rental agreement.• There are no substitutions—if the exact car chosen is unavailable, the renter must select another available unit or cancel.• Once a car is booked and confirmed, it is treated as unavailable for other renters for those specific dates.• Location: 4601 N Portland Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73112; Returns must go to the same location.

Essential Verification Documents• You must upload a clear photo of your valid driver’s license• You must upload a selfie of yourself holding that same license• You must upload valid proof of active rental auto insurance• Failure to provide these items will cancel your booking
Driving Area
- Travel Restrictions• Boundary: Stay within 300 miles of Oklahoma City at all times• Prohibited: No racing, off-roading, or criminal activity• Safety: No alcohol or drugs may be consumed in the car• Permission: Only the signed Renter is authorized to drive
Maintenance
- Condition and Fuel
• Upkeep: Bring the car back as clean as you received it
• No Smoking: Any evidence of smoking incurs a $200 fine
• Gas: Return with a full tank to avoid any refueling fees
• Fuel Fee: A $25 service fee applies if we have to refuel it
GPS Policy
- Security Tracking
• All fleet vehicles contain active GPS tracking devices
• If you disable or tamper with the device, the contract ends
• Moving the device results in losing your entire deposit
• We use tracking only for recovery and fleet safety needs
Work Sharing
- App-Based Driving
• You may use this vehicle for Uber or Lyft platforms
• You must have active commercial insurance for this work
• You are responsible for all tickets, tolls, and road fines
• Any traffic violations are solely the Renter's legal debt
Late Policy
- Overdue Returns
• We may remotely lock the car if it is not returned on time
• Unauthorized use leads to immediate vehicle recovery
• You must pay all repossession costs and legal expenses
• Missing payments will put your contract into default status
Liability
- Liability Waiver
• You agree to protect PD Rentals from all legal claims
• You accept full responsibility for all damage during use
• You assume all risks and costs arising from your driving
Jurisdiction
- Governing Venue
• This contract follows the state laws of Oklahoma
• Any legal disputes will be settled in Oklahoma courts
• The winner of a dispute can recover their attorney fees
Finality
- Full Agreement
• This document represents our entire mutual agreement
• Any verbal promises are not valid or legally binding
• Changes must be made in writing and signed by both of us

• By electronically signing and submitting this form, you (the Renter) are electronically signing and agreeing to the full PD Rentals Rental Agreement and all corporate policies. You confirm you have had a sufficient opportunity to read and understand the entire agreement before signing. You further verify that you are the person named in this form and are legally authorized to enter this contract in the State of Oklahoma. You acknowledge that this electronic signature and the submission record of this form may be introduced as evidence in court proceedings if necessary.

Must I fill this out every time?
